- Often, a simple implementation is due to a simple model. And a simple
- model is often easier for users to understand. The main problem with
- the block=cursor model is that it is constrained to a single block.

- Another concern is that block=cursor is very similar to the user
- pressing DELETE before every key press... an unusual and inherently
- dangerous model, even if simple.
